Help out on game day.
There a quite a few ways you can help out on game day to make the day run easier and help our club raise funds to put back into the community.
Become a home ground hero!
Community sport is run by our volunteers and committee. Helping out when you are at our home ground is a rewarding way to get involved in your club and the kids love seeing family and friends involved.
Ever heard of many hands make light work? This could not be more true than in the community sporting world. Simply free up a little bit of your time before or after games and offer some help to the canteen, the players will love watching their club mates play in other games and our sporting community will come alive…
First match?
Helping out is as easy as when you are arriving for the first match of the day to get there a little early and ask if you can help set up the fields, or organise to hang around for a couple of hours after the game to help in the canteen whilst the kids play and watch other games!
Middle matches?
Why not rock up ahead of game time, or hang around after and let your kids watch and cheer on another PKJFC team and go help in the canteen? All funds raised goes back into end of year celebrations for the members and their families.
Last match?
The reverse to the first match is as easy to do! When you are arriving for the your game get there a little early and ask if you can help, or organise to hang around to pack up whilst the kids play!
